Richmond City will not bill tenants individually.  If each tenant or space has its own meter, billing will be as above for Residential.

 

RESIDENTIAL SEWER: Based upon the metered culinary water used in a one month period.

MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLINGS AND MOBILE HOME PARKS SEWER:   If there is a single culinary water meter the legal owner/operator will be charged one Residential Unit per tenant or space. If each tenant or space has its own meter, billing will be as for Residential.
