CAPSA: www.capsa.org CAPSA (Community Abuse Prevention Services Agency) provides services for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. All services are provided FREE of charge, in both Spanish and English. Interpreters for other languages can be provided as well. |

Bear River Health Department: www.brhd.org The Bear River Health Department provides basic public health services for residents in Utah’s northernmost counties—Cache, Rich, and Box Elder. |

Cache Mosquito Abatement District: www.cachemosquito.com The Cache MAD works together with BRHD to provide mosquito abatement and surveillance services in an effort to control the spread of West Nile Virus and other diseases and to reduce the mosquito population in Cache County. |

Richmond Public Library:
The Richmond library is still housed in the Carnegie library building located at 38 W Main. The library offers a wide variety of services, including home delivery for those patrons unable to climb the front stairs. |

Cache Child & Family Support Center:
Cache CFSC is a private, non-profit agency dedicated to strengthening families and protecting children in Cache and Rich Counties. CFSC services are provided confidentially and free of charge. Some classes may have small fees for materials. |
